When purchasing and building with Enclave, the first step in the process is filling out your individual questionnaire that asks basic questions about the type of house you're looking for as well as personal life-style questions in order to really get to know you better and best understand what you're looking for in a home. The drawing of your initial luxury custom designed home within the community will being, using your feedback to perfectly tailor all aspects to your needs. After the drawing process is concluded and a family ceremony within the community is celebrated, the Enclave uses their very own contractors to make your one-of-a-kind custom home a reality.
